Game Day Responsibilities

Officials Game Fees (2026)

• Teams participating are responsible for paying officials before or after the game.
• The officiating fee is $60 per official. The fee is shared by the participating teams ($30 per team)
• If single official at U12 and U14, the fee is $90. The fee is shared by the participating teams ($45 per team).

Weather/Cancellations

• The hosting venue is responsible for notifying the coaches of visiting teams if games are cancelled due to poor weather or field availability/conditions

If a game needs to be cancelled, the club must notify:

• Girls: Assignor (Scott Saunders - (847) 217-9030, saunders.lax@gmail.com)
• Girls VP: Cassidy Dabs 262- 220-4381 blavpofgirls@gmail.com
• Boys: Assignor (Matt Bock, bockmj18@gmail.com)
• Boys VP: Russ Cooley, 1-262-470-1746 blaboysyouth@gmail.com)
• Head coach of opposing team
• Host club (head coach of hosting team)
• Directors of other clubs playing at that location that weekend

Field Requirements

The hosting club is responsible for providing:

•  A scoreboard
• Timer(s)
• Horn
• Lined and mowed fields
• 2 lacrosse nets
