The Madison Westside Lacrosse Club is accepting applications for the positions of assistant coach and junior varsity head coach. These positions would support the head girls coach with the promotion and growth of the high school girls varsity and junior varsity lacrosse program. Madison Westside Girls Lacrosse is a co-op team including student-athletes from Edgewood High School, Madison West High School, Memorial High School and Madison Country Day School.
The responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
· Assisting with practices, skill development and game strategies
· Attending all practices, games and tournaments
· Consistent and clear communication with players and coaching staff
· Instilling the values of sportsmanship and character on and off the field
Qualifications:
· Passion for working with high school lacrosse players
· Excellent leadership and communication skills
· Ability to teach, motivate and evaluate student-athletes
· Experience coaching or playing lacrosse

Oregon High School - paid
Oregon Lacrosse Club is seeking coaches for our growing girls and boys youth and high school programs. Coaches are responsible for teaching and inspiring players, and must be knowledgeable about cognitive and social-emotional development of children and young adults in the age bracket they wish to coach. (grades; 1-8, JV and Varsity) Must be positive, collaborative, innovative, and passionate. Ideal candidates will have a background in lacrosse with coaching or playing experience. Duties include attending practices & games, team supervision, and player skill development. The season runs March 1st. through June 7th. Positions are paid at the HS level and stipend at the youth level. You must have a valid US Lacrosse membership with a green light background check or be willing to obtain.

Waunakee High School Girls - paid
The Waunakee High School Girls Lacrosse program is looking to hire an additional assistant coach for the JV and Varsity teams. This is an excellent opportunity to join a successful and growing girls lacrosse program. Waunakee Girls Lacrosse is a school-sponsored sport and this is a paid position.
Expectations and Responsibilities:
-Understanding of the rules and techniques of women’s lacrosse, with experience as a player or coach preferred.
-Provide coaching, leadership, and supervision within the JV/Varsity teams and perform other duties as needed by the Head Coach.
-Positive coaching style and role model to the players and parents.
-Ability to attend and participate in practices prior to and throughout the regular season. (Preseason is January/February, regular season is March-May, postseason is early June)
-Certified Level 1 Coaching and PCA Certified (online courses can be completed within 16 months of first coaching season).
-Complete and pass a US Lacrosse and Waunakee School District background check.
Schedule: In season practices are Monday, Tuesday, Thursday, and Friday afternoons/evenings and Wednesday AM’s before school in Waunakee. There is one Saturday commitment as well. 1-2 games a week starting early April.
